It is amazing we can see colours.
It is a privilege, for instance, to see the evening sun dipping behind the casurina trees as washes of gold and peach usher in the new moon. Sights like these are so breathtaking that time seems to halt. Perhaps, art is that freezing of a special moment. Still, it is hard to capture beauty in its entirety. Mostly, it is really an interpretation.
I like poetry and literature, kids, friends and my family. I am deeply inspired by nature: falling leaves in the morning breeze, wild mushrooms on the fields or shimmery stars in the heavens.
I often ponder about death, thinking everyone here would be gone in about a century. It is not morbid. I feel it is a reminder for me to live my life to the fullest, to treasure each day as if it is the last.
